Peter Sander
Executive director (since 2013)

Qualifications:

  • Occupational therapist (trained and studied in Germany)
  • Specialized in pedagogy, psychology and learning behavior

Functions:

  • Coordination of daily work
  • Quality management of pedagogical care
  • Training of educators
  • Extension of pedagogical knowledge in terms of child care, pre-school education and administration

Augusta Alberto Alfredo
Educator and assistant executive director (since 2012)

Qualifications:

  • 11th grade
  • Training about drugs and HIV/AIDS
  • Training for the alphabetization of adults
  • Internship at Nhapupwe, dealing with child care and pre-school education

Fuctions:

  • Childcare and pre-school education
  • Planning, execution and reflection of daily activities
  • Development of didactic material
  • Assistant executive director
  • Training and support for the less experienced educators
  • Responsible for the daily purchase of food

Francisco Armando Simone
Educator and pedagogical director (since 2012)

Qualifications:

  • 11th grade
  • Activist for the sensitization of HIV/AIDS
  • Training in informatics
  • Internship at Nhapupwe, dealing with child care and pre-school education

Gloria Raimundo Chiponze
Educator (since 2015)

  • Responsible for the daily transport of the children from the city to the kindergarten

Cook (since 2013)

Functions:

  • Planning and cooking of daily meals
  • Responsible for the cleaning of the kitchen

 

Elma Lorenço Nhambirre
Cleaning power (since 2015)

Qualifications:      7th grade

Functions:

  • Hourly cleaning of sanitary facilities
  • Cleaning of dormitory and refetory
  • Assistance during the preparation of the meals

Conductor (since 2015)

  • 10th grade
  • Driver´s licence for passenger transportation

Functions:

  • Transport of the children from the city to the kindergarten
  • Cleaning of the car
